Refund policy

 We understand sometimes things don't work out. We offer store credit only 14 days after your merchandise has been delivered. All merchandise must be unused with tags still attached in order to return. All sale items, bourbon royalty, Riddle, body scrubs, belts, sunglasses, face masks, jewelry, fragrances, undergarments, and hair accessories are final sale only. 
(undergarments include bralettes, lingerie, bathing suits, and socks)

Shoes must be returned in the box they came in and can not be accepted if the shoes have been worn in any manner. 

Online orders must be post marked within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit return. 

Please email shopzackiehart@gmail.com with your name and item before shipping merchandise back. Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost.
